From the moment we hired Mark Patton to sell our house he took care of everything. All we had to do was sign” on the dotted line”. He saved us thousands of dollars by hiring the right contractors to do the repairs as requested by the buyer. He also went “above and beyond” by making a trip to Home Depot and buying a part and installing it himself. How many Realtors would do that?? He communicated with us constantly, apprising us of any updates as we progressed through the sale. He personally brought the check from Escrow Department to us on closing day. We have downsized to an independent living facility but if ever an acquaintance is in need of a Realtor we will highly recommend Mark. I would also like to give a “Shout Out” to his helper Amanda.
